The Kristall 60240 040 cutter is a carbide cutter with a fine, parallel cut. It is designed for the quick and gentle removal of hybrid nail polish , as well as – at higher speeds – for removing gel and acrylic mass .

The parallel arrangement of cutting surfaces ensures a smooth finish without scratches or imperfections. Thanks to the red marking, the cutter is ideal for processing plastics used in nail styling.

Material

The cutter is made of tungsten carbide – one of the hardest and most heat-resistant materials.

Disinfection and sterilization

The cutter is suitable for a complete hygiene process:

1. Pre-cleaning – mechanical removal of residues.

2. Ultrasonic cleaner – recommended.

3. Disinfection – preparation for medical instruments.

4. Steam sterilization – 134°C for at least 15 minutes, drying 20 minutes.

The tool is subject to natural wear and tear – before each use, check the cutter for cracks and damage.
